The SES and Bureau of Meteorology are warning of heavy rainfall events across Sydney, the Hunter and Illawarra regions.<br /><br />"Don't assume that if you weren't affected by the last floods, that you won't be this time," said NSW State Emergency Services Commissioner Carlene York.
